Open Gym

MaxOut is truly a 24 hour gym, and once members have their keycard, they are allowed access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer top of the line strength equipment, as well as plenty of free weights, bumper plates, cardio machines, & everything you need to reach your goals.

Personal Training

MaxOut has several personal trainers available to help you reach your goals effectively & efficiently. Our trainers are certified, insured, and have a great knowledge of what it takes to guide you on your fitness journey.

Online Training

Heather’s Online Training Programs are a convenient & cost effective way for you to reach your goals. Programs range from $29-$199 monthly. All programs come with the use of a free app that allows you to track your workouts and your progress. View videos of every single exercise in your workouts, sync the app with your Apple Watch or Fitbit, & sync with MyFitnessPal. Online Training also includes individualized macro calculations.

Class Programs: $29/mo

Class Programs - $29

Class Programs are great workouts, but they are not specifically personalized. Workouts are broken up into different categories, depending on how or where you prefer to workout & your fitness goals. Class programs include 4-6 workouts:
Aesthetics & Strength – Total body program that is broken up into upper and lower body training days. This is an intermediate level program with an emphasis on glutes, core, overall strength, & conditioning.

Strength Building – Total body program that is broken up into body part splits. This program focuses on building muscle & overall strength. Anyone can do this program because the moves are simple, yet as the weight increases, so does your strength & muscle mass.

Total Body Workouts – These workouts are all total body and are ideal for someone who will not be working out on consecutive days. Beginner level program.

Powerlifting – This program includes a lot of barbell work, but it is not just for powerlifters. Anyone who enjoys squats, bench press, deadlifts, and lots of other compound exercises will enjoy the powerlifting program. Intermediate to Advanced level program.

At Home Program – Get a great workout with just a set of dumbbells & an exercise ball. This program is designed to be done with minimal equipment & focuses on total body strength, toning, & conditioning. Level of difficulty depends on the weight used. 

Glutes Program – Use this program on its own or add it to your current workout routine. The Glutes Program includes workouts that specifically target the backside and will shape and tone the Gluteus Maximus, Minimus, & Medius.

At Home Glutes Program – Tone your backside without having to leave the house. With just an exercise ball and some resistance bands, you can shape your glutes like never before.

Personalized Program - $199

Heather will put together 4-5 workouts that are designed around your goals & current fitness level. This program is totally tailored for the individual. Personalized programs can be designed for use at home or in the gym.

Dr. Ketrea Dillon:
Dr. Dillon focuses on wellness & preventative care & does full adjustments & PEMF therapy.

Massage Therapy

Yolanda Loarte: 13 years experience, specializing in sports massage, deep tissue, & reflexology.

Amber Williams: Specializing in reflexology, sports massage, & deep tissue, as well as overall health and wellness.
