I have been a member of MaxOut Strength and Fitness for more than 5 years. The facility has all the weights and equipment I could ever need. I consider the clientele to be my friends having seen them in the gym for these many years. They are all accepting and encouraging in this “no judgement” zone.
This friendly and inspirational environment is adirect reflection of the owner and head trainer, Heather Burman. Heather is the most effective trainer (or coach for that matter) I have ever worked with. She is able to get the best out of me without yelling or even seeming to push! While she is a power lifting champion she maintains her humility and gives equal attention to all of her clients without regard to age or fitness. She’s a quality person.
While some may dread exercise, I look forward to going to Maxxout and consider it some of my most enjoyable weekly activities!
MaxOut is a great place to improve your strength and endurance. Heather and her trainers are extremely knowledgeable and cater each workout to your specific needs and goals. I highly recommend this gym for those who are serious about getting and staying in shape.
I was 58 years old before I joined a gym for the first time, with many preconceived notions – none of them good. The minute I walked into MaxOut, those notions went right out of the window! I felt like I was home. everyone was friendly and helpful. Heather, the owner, has helped me get in the best shape of my life. Five years later, I still look forward going to the gym. Ive made many friends, which has made exercise fun. I can’t image not having my MaxOut family in my life. Thanks to heather, for being not only a great trainer, but a great friend as well.
I started my fitness journey 4 years ago. I was looking for a smaller gym with more of a family atmosphere, and I found it at MaxOut! I was reluctant to join a gym because | didn’t know what to expect. Since the day I have walked in to MaxOut | have felt very comfortable and definitely pushed more than I could push myself. Tappreciate not only the trainers at MaxOut but also the other members who make me feel like family every time I walk in the door. I truly enjoy going to the gym 3-4 days a week!
